The Auction
You are on the online Auction page of BedyGames, where you can bid on new, open box, like new, used, refurbished and salvage products. We buy the products in Bulk from big retailers and individuals. Those products can be new, refurbished, and shelf pulls, customer returns, used and salvage.
Registration:
To buy from the Auction, you must create an account with us and join the Auction. There is a $2 non-refundable fee for joining the Auction. This fee is a one-time fee that allows you to participate in all the BedyGames auctions. You must provide all the required information and accept the terms and conditions.
When you place a bid, you agree to purchase the item for your bidding amount, plus the buyer premium, taxes (if applicable), and shipping (if applicable).
When you place a bid, and someone outbid you, this person carries the purchase obligation. You are no longer bound to purchase the item until you bid again and your request is winning.
Bid Increment:
It is the minimum amount you must bid another to outbid the current price or winning bid. Here are the increments for BedyGames’ Auction:
From 0.00 To 14.99 Price Increment is 1.00
From 14.99 To 49.99 Price Increment is 2.00
From 49.99 To 99.99 Price Increment is 2.50
From 99.99 To 499.99 Price Increment is 10.00
From 499.99 To 999.99 Price Increment is 15.00
From 999.99 To 4999.99 Price Increment is 30.00
From 4999.99 To 9999.99 Price Increment is 60.00
From 9999.99 To 100000.00 Price Increment is 120.00
Proxy Bidding:
It enables you to place a maximum bid amount, and the system will automatically increase your bid on your behalf each time there is another bid until it reaches your maximum amount. Once you are outbid, we will attempt to notify you, and you may bid again.
Popcorn Bidding:
BedyGames uses popcorn bidding, which means when someone places a bid during the final three minutes, the system will extend the bid deadline by three more minutes.
Winning
When you bid, you make a contract with BedyGames, which means that you agree to purchase the item for your bidding price. After the Auction closes, you have 48hrs to pay; after that, BedyGames will automatically charge the card you have on file. If the card fails, you will be notified and responsible for making other payment arrangements within 24hrs. BedyGames must approve other payment methods.
Because it is an auction, the highest bidder wins. After winning an auction, the winner has 48hours to pay. We accept payment in Canadian dollars. If you need to pay via interact, please email us after winning the Auction, and instructions will be sent to you within 24hours.
Shipping
You can arrange your shipping by providing us with a return label or arrange to pick it up. You should email us after the auction clauses, and pick-up instructions will be sent to you. If your winning bid is 50 dollars or more, we can deliver for free in Fort Erie. Some items are also listed with “free shipping”; if not, you will be charged a shipping fee.
Internet:
We relied on third party for internet, server and many other technology services. We cannot guarantee that there will be no hardware, software malfunctions. Therefore, BedyGames does not have any responsibility whatsoever for the use of its site for bidding. By participating in any auction, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the operation or performance of the website and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages related to the function of the site.
Return:
Items won in the Auction cannot be returned. We may approve a return only if we misrepresent the product.
New product:
Items have not been used and are in new condition.
Like-New:
Items might be new, lightly used, in or not in original packaging and tested and working.
Refurbished:
Item has been restored to complete working condition. The item might have dents, scratches, cosmetic issues, not in original packaging, no include manuals and components.
Used:
Item’s work may have some cosmetic and functionality issues; accessories may not be included. It may need repair.
Salvage:
Listed products in Salvage condition are units that do not function according to the original equipment manufacturer specifications. These products have been tested, were found to have defects, and are deemed to be non-functional.
In most cases, products have not had repairs attempted and failed a standard functionality test.
There will be units that do not include essential components, accessories, documentation, or packaging.
Products are sourced from retail, service center diversion products, warranty exchange items, and trade-in programs. Salvage Items CANNOT be disputed.
